Nyaya Chaupal, Gurugram meeting held

Meeting of Nyaya Chaupal Gurugram took place on 13 August, 2022 at Community Centre, Sec 10A, Gurugram in which following members participated: Ms Pratibha Sharma, Sh RK Sharma, Sh JB Sharma, Sh MC Mehra, Sh Mohinder Kumar, Sh Pradeep Sharma & Sh NC Wadhwa. Sh Ashwani Sharma, Mpl Counsellor from the area also graced the occasion and was part of the proceedings for some time and also made necessary arrangements for the meeting.

Two cases had been fixed up for hearing but only one hearing took place and none from the second case appeared.

Sh Sehdev Sehgal r/o Gurugram apprised the Members about his marital dispute with his wife Mrs Hemali Sethi who is proposed to be invited for hearing during next hearing in Sept, 2022.

Parties in the second case had though agreed to appear before Nyaya Chaupal but opted out this week only probably under advice from their Counsels.

Sh NC Wadhwa apprised the members about detailed efforts made to get cases from Family Courts,from esteemed members and RWAs and sought help from members & other sources and printed letters addressed to RWAs were shared with members for spreading message around the town.

Esteemed members were of the view that slowly publicity about Nyaya Chaupal would take place and expected results would be visible. It was decided that there would be regular monthly meetings preferably on 2nd Saturday of the month unless there was some compelling reason to shift to some other date.
